Design Upload Guidelines

  • Refer to Design Guidelines tab for sizing.
  • Artwork must be submitted in PDF format only.
  • Please make sure to keep all text within the safe margin.
  • Multipage files should be uploaded as a single PDF document.
  • All text must be outlined.
  • All images must be embedded and have a resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Use CMYK colour mode (not RGB).
  • Include a 3mm bleed on all artwork.
  • We are not responsible for any image quality issues, including blurriness due to low-resolution files. Please ensure that all artwork is high-resolution before submission.

    To start, select the product size, preview the design guidelines, download the guidelines for reference, and proceed with the customization options.
    Help template cannot be generated as one or both bleed sizes (height and width) are set to 0.
